When talking about brand rebranding, this is our case from A to Z.

SHIFTING FOCUS ON BRAND IDENTITY &  IMAGE

BLD is a high-class construction investment company and one of the market leaders in Bulgaria. And, the company is focused on the construction of modern, functional and quality residential projects in Sofia and nearby Sofia.

Progressing, with several impressing real estate projects ahead, company’s old identity and logo design didn’t anymore reflect the essence of the brand and its core values –  focus on modernity, quality and high-standards for living.

CHALLENGE number 1 was to find that modern concept and visual identity which will fit the company’s style and will further provide potential for development in various usage occasions – from corporate set and image branding to particular projects’ creative and info-navigational schemes.

We based our concept on construction elements / stability + modernity / urban + construction textures and backgrounds / definitive and clear colors.

UNIFICATION OF PROJECT PRESENTATION UNDER CLEAR COMPANY BRANDING

The process of creating unique logo designs and identity for each new real estate project was a big challenge for BLD in terms of identity and resources. Till the rebranding, the project had the leading role in the communication with no consistent company brand presence and image. This was our important CHALLENGE 2.

Now, under the new identity, each project can be integrated consistently – from logotype through visual communication and guide of presentation.

SETTING THE STANDARDS

And last but not least CHALLENGE 3 – all created as brand elements had to be fixed as graphic standards and to set the base for further  communication in print, digital and branding.

Step by step all identity pieces were positioned at their place. Happy to have further successfully tested the new identity in diverse design projects – from office branding through info-navigation branding for a new building to PR and print communication.
